FLEXnet Operations 12.0 Installers
The FLEXnet Operations provides different installers for each supported platform. Pick the installer that is the right for your environment. When downloading the installers for UNIX, select the "Save As" option. After they are downloaded, make sure that the file is secured with execute permissions (chmod 755 or similar) before running it. For best results, save the file to a temporary directory rather than opening it. If you transfer the file across platforms, transfer it in binary mode.

VCG Toolkit
The VCG module is not distributed in the FLEXnet Operations installer. This zip file contains the files you need to generate a VCG on all supported platforms. See the FLEXnet Operations Implementation Guide for further information.

FLEXnet Operations 12.0 Patches

Apply the following patches after installing the FLEXnet Operations 12.0 Base Installer.

If FLEXnet Connect Update Service is enabled in FLEXnet Operations, you can download and import the patches automatically through the FLEXnet Operations web application. If you download patches from this page, you must import them into FLEXnet Operations using the command line. In either case, you must then install the patches from the command line. See the patch release notes or FLEXnet Operations product documentation for information about how to download, import, and install patches.
