Use the links below to download the desired toolkit(s). For best results, download the file directly to your machine and use a browser option (if available) to save the file to disk rather than opening the file. If you transfer the file across platforms, transfer it in binary mode.

The tool-only kits include the Java-based testing and development tools. These are provided for the sake of implementers who want to generate identity data, test licenses, or capability requests on a different architecture from the device environment. Tools require Java 1.5 or 1.6.

The server application administers and monitors a counted pool of licenses for high-tech devices using license-enabled code. This toolkit is provided for organizations using a standard server environment for a local FNE license server, as opposed to constrained environments in which a local license server is implemented using the FNE Server API functions.
